Return Policy
TIYS will accept returns or exchanges that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 14 days of purchase date. All refunds will be returned back to the original form of tender and will be for the cost of the item minus shipping. Items must be mailed out within 7 days of delivery date with all tags attached.
All sale items are final.
TIYS has the right to refuse any return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
TIYS is not responsible for shipment delays due to weather or packaging defects.
To receive your refund, email us within 7 days of your delivery date why you were unhappy with your purchase along with the ORDER number at tiysreturns@gmail.com.
